Use Product Numbers and Description when ordering. Truck load orders which require flat bed "Side Unload" must be noted at time of order. Please refer to the "Detailed Item Information" section of the Price List when ordering. Orders will only be accepted in full pallet quantities.

Note Please:

1.   Non-Stocked Items may not be canceled once production has begun, nor may they be returned once shipped.

2.   All dimensions and weights are nominal.

3.   Prices are exclusive of freight which will be quoted based on quantity being ordered and destination city, state and zip code, which should be submitted with request for quote.

4.   Purchaser is responsible for fuel surcharges, accessorial charges and for freight claims for loss or damage during transit.

5.  The Mat King is not responsible for delays in transit, or for the scheduling of delivery appointments or for missed delivery appointments.

6.   Published prices will prevail in case of dispute.

7.   Prices are subject to change without notice.

8.   Please review order acknowledgement for accuracy.

9.   Every effort will be made to ship on or before the estimated ship date noted on the acknowledgement.

10.  Return of “stocked items” must be in “as new” condition with regard to both product and packaging, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Purchaser is also responsible for original outbound freight and any return freight charges or related costs. Items not in “as new” condition may not be returned.

11.  Special items not included in the standard size offerings are subject to appropriate cutting and set-up charges. Orders for such items may not be canceled once production has begun nor may they be returned once shipped.
