Grates

Furnish
and install Aluminum or Bronze recessed grating. Grating
tread rails shall have six .031" radius corrugations
for slip resistance and dirt removal. Treads shall be
.80" wide, spaced 3/16" apart.
Overall depth. .812" (13/16"). Rails are assembled
on a molded polymer spaces which provides a quiet undercushion.
Components.
Rails of Aluminum Alloy 6063-T5. Rails of Bronze alloy
385 per ASTM B-455.

Up State Heavy Duty Aluminum Recessed Entrance Grates
Aluminum, mill finish, with supports 6" O.C for
maximum deflection of .058" with 1,000 Ib. uniform
load. Assemble with anti-vibration aircraft fasteners,
snap-fit assembly not permitted.
Components.
Aluminum Rails and Treads. Alloys 6063-T6 & 6105-T5.
Resilient Pads: 1.3 inches wide, continuous underpads
to reduce sound and movement
