Overall
I-Beam Pads are engineered to provide
a durable resilient "people friendly" covering in situations
where steel I-Beams are located closer to the field of play than would
normally be acceptable and where the potential for participants to make
inadvertent incidental contact exists and, therefore, needs to be addressed.
Overall Athletic Wall Pads are
made with 1-1/2" thick Ethafoam filler encased in an 18 ounce per
square yard vinyl fabric cover, which is sewn with Heavy Duty threads
to form fit to the Beam. The units can be mounted to the walls with Velcro,
whihc is sewn into the inside ofthe pad. The mating Velcro is supplied
with pressure sensetive adhive to adhere directly to the I-Beam so the
pad can then be secured as desired and removed when necessary.
I-Beam Pads are also
referred to as Column Pads and Pole Pads.

| Overall I-Beam Pads can be supplied in a wide range of standard colors and can have school or organizational emblems and special designs applied. The installation is straight forward. Just place the pressure sensetive adhesive backed Velcro where it will allow the I-Beam Pad to protect people from bagging into the I-Beam. Then place the I-Beam Pad in place. |
