Transportation: Prices are F.O.B. point of shipment with transportation
charges prepaid via lowest cost routing destination within
the continental limits of the United States. If customer
chooses a different freight company, customer incures the
difference in freight charges. Prices for Alaska, Hawaii
and Puerto Rico available on request.
Orders of $4,000.00 or greater
will be shipped freight free to anywhere within the continental
limits of the United States. Orders of less than $4,000.00
will incure a 20% handling charge.
Shipment to NY, NJ or CT will
have State Sales Tax added to the final invoice.
Warranty and Limited
Remedy: Product will be free from defects in material
and manufacture. 3M MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If product is defective,
customer's exclusive remedy shall be, at 3M's option, replacement
or repair of the 3M product or refund of the purchase price
of the 3M product.
Limitation of Liability: 3M
nor it's distributor, Jandru Mats, Inc. d/b/a The Mat King,
shall not be liable for any losses or damages, whether direct,
indirect, special incidental, or consequential regardless
of the legal or equitable theory asserted, including contract,
negligence, warranty, or strict liability. |
