Nomad Inlaid Carpet Matting 8850 |

Nomad Inlaid Carpet Matting 8850 is intended
for heavy traffic areas up to 1,000,000 people
per year. Loop carpet matting features patented dual-fiber design;
large. crush-resistant polypropylene fibers that scrape, remove
and hide loose dirt; and small nylon fibers that wick away water
from foot and wheeled traffic. Random pattern provides an attractive
look and allows sand, salt and dirt to blend into the pattern
until it is removed. Solution-dyed fibers resist fading and
staining keeping mat looking good longer. Vinyl backing will
not stain the floor and keeps dirt and moisture from falling
through the mat onto the floor underneath. Low profile allows
foot,. cart and wheelchair traffic to move easily over the mat.
Remains looking good and performing well under even the heaviest
traffic conditions and after frequent cleanings. |

for requested mat size. Standard Inlay Graphics Logo Positions:
Portrait or landscape positions are standard. Custom positions
and designs are available if detailed artwork is provided. |

| Lead
time: Two (2) weeks from the time the final artwork is approved
and the order is placed with 3M. Lead times may vary for larger
orders. |

by law, the following is made in lieu of all express or implied
rights, warranties and conditions, statutory or otherwise. 3M
warrants that its 3MTM Nomad TM Scraper
Matting 6050, 8100, 8150 and 3MTM Nomad" Carpet
Matting 8850 products will be free from defects in material
and manufacture, and will give satisfactory performance for
applications recommended in 3MTM literature for the
period indicated above (see ‘Specifications") from date
of purchase from 3MTM authorized distributor. 3MTM's
only obligation shall be to repair or replace at 3MTM's
option, such quantify of the matting proved to be detective.
3M shall not be liable for any injury. loss or damage, direct,
indirect, incidental, special or consequential arising out of
the use of the matting. User is otherwise responsible for determining
whether the product is fit for a particular purpose and suitable
for user's application. This warranty will not apply to damage
incurred as a result of abuse or misuse (e.g., burns, cuts,
or tears) or because of failure to properly install, clean or
maintain the product: Contact 3M or your 3M distributor for
additional details on warranty. |

Transportation:
Prices are F.O.B. point of shipment with transportation
charges prepaid via lowest cost routing destination within
the continental limits of the United States. If customer
chooses a different freight company, customer incures
the difference in freight charges. Prices for Alaska,
Hawaii and Puerto Rico available on request.
Orders of $4,000.00 or greater
will be shipped freight free to anywhere within the continental
limits of the United States. Orders of less than $4,000.00
will incure a 20% handling charge.
Shipment to NY, NJ or CT
will have State Sales Tax added to the final invoice.
Warranty and Limited
Remedy: Product will be free from defects in
material and manufacture. 3M MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If
product is defective, customer's exclusive remedy shall
be, at 3M's option, replacement or repair of the 3M product
or refund of the purchase price of the 3M product.
Limitation of Liability:
3M nor it's distributor, Geoffrey Drew Marketing, Inc. d/b/a The Mat King, shall not be liable for any losses or damages, whether
direct, indirect, special incidental, or consequential
regardless of the legal or equitable theory asserted,
including contract, negligence, warranty, or strict liability.
