continental limits of the United States. Prices for Alaska,
Hawaii and Puerto Rico available on request. Prices for orders
between $2,000 and $3,999 in full case quantities are INCLUSIVE
of freight charges but will be assessed a 10% handling
charge. Prices for orders between $250 and $1,999 are
INCLUSIVE of freight charges but will be assessed a 15% handling
charge. Orders under $250 are EXCLUSIVE of freight charges and
will be assessed a $25 handling charge. Shipment to NY, NJ or
CT will have State Sales Tax added to the final invoice.
