Recycled Rubber Flooring in Custom Roll Lengths

    Confetti Colored Recycled Rubber Flooring - is available in three formulations; 48" wide rolls, which are supplied in either 1/4" or 3/8" thicknesses; 36" x 36" inerlocking tiles in 1/4" or 3/8" thicknesses; and 36" x 36" square cut non-interlocking tiles also in 1/4" or 3/8" thicknesses. All three formulations are stocked in a variety of color combinations and can be made up in a wide pallet of standard colors as well as produced in custom colors or color mixes, which would be quoted on request.

Four different thicknesses: The more aggressive the location the rubber flooring would go in would best determine the gauge. A horse trailer would call for 1/2”. If the material were being used on a entrance ramp, the 1/4" or 5/32” would suffice. The 1/4” and the 5/32” need to be taped at the seams or glued down, as the weight of the product would not sufficient to keep it in place. The 3/8” x the 1/2” weighs much more and does not need to be glued or taped, but can be as a personal preference or for extra precausion.

Installations requiring permanent or temporary "glue-down" depend on the usage circumstances as to which method to employ; i.e adhesives or double-stick tape. Therelationship between the location itself, the intended use and the recommended thickness of the goods will help determine the need for and the type of adhereing to select.

Installation Examples: Behind a bar where the material would need to be removed and cleaned or hosed off, for hygenic reasons, the 3/8” or 1/2” thickness would be suggested without the use of eiither glue or tape. In a childrens playroom or a bathroom consider the use of 1/4” material and either taping or gluing it in place. If the rubber flooring will ever require being removed, the use of double stick tape where the seations come together; i.e. at the seams, is recommended. The use Duck Tape is not recommneded as it tends to leave a residue on the rubber. Installation in a "glue-down" application the use of Chemrex-941 or any 1-part polyurethane adhesive is suggested.

Please Note: The 1/4” x the 3/8” are “Quick Ship” items. The other types are special order items that have protracted lead times by comparison.

Confetti Colored Recycled Rubber Flooring should be given consideration for use anywhere traditional resilient flooring is typecally used and especially where extreme use and even wehre abuse is anticipated, such as Fitness Centers, Health Clubs, Ice Rinks, Athletic Training Rooms and Physical Therapy areas, Whirlpool tubs due to its High Wet COF and similar area, like Disabled Persons Access Ramps either interior or exterior, Running and Walking Tracksand even in non- athletic applications where superior resilient flooring is specified such as Break Rooms and Lobby areas, since it is UV resistant and spills witll not result in stains and water from rain, melted snow or salt is often used in the areas right outside entrances to building gets tracted in. Confetti Colored Recycled Rubber Flooring would offer increased safety and comfort comparred to traditional flooring options. Also good for Conference rooms where eqiet and ease of installation and dualbility and resistance to stains may be issues to consider. Since Confetti Colored Recycled Rubber Flooring is not effected by inks, alcohol, bleach detergents, disinfectants ammonia and other common liquids, it is good for certain Light Industrial applications even ones including fork lift or other similar equipment traffic. Confetti Colored Recycled Rubber Flooring has been used successfuly in Rest Rooms, sionce urine does not effect the material, and in Canine, Veterinary and Equine applications.
