Tile Master Interlocking PVC Flooring
 An amazing snap-together tile that needs no adhesive.

    Tile Master Interlocking PVC Flooring is a 2' x 2' puzzle-style lock sport and industrial floor tile made from rugged and resilient PVC. The larger design provides a flooring system with fewer seams. Fewer seams means quicker installations and a superior looking surface. Tile Masters' softer material make up allows it to conform to sub floor irregularities more easily than the smaller "stiff' tiles on the market. This "better fit" limits dead spots over the surface. Tile Master is designed to lay freely over existing flooring. Just think of the savings that can be realized with this simple to install product that needs no adhesive! The Tile Master PVC  compound eliminates the need for the support legs that other tiles often require. As a result, Tile Master is a much quieter, more inviting surface on which to play or work. Tile Master also performs great in many other applications. The raised disc version is ideal for many high traffic commercial and industrial applications. The Diamond top version is aggressive enough for most any entrance way or sloppy area. Mix and match colors for visual effect. Game or safety lines are easily painted on with the recommended paint. Tile Master with an anti-static additive is available for sensitive areas that need resilient floor covering. A specially designed snap together transition edging system exclusive to Tile Master is also available.

Specifications
Material: Injection molded recycled PVC.
Size:
Tiles: 24" x 24" x 2.2" (effective size is 3.92 SF per tile).
Transition Edges: 24" x 2-1/2" x 2.2"
Transition Corners: 2-1/2" x 24" x 2.2"
Weight: 6.25 lbs./tile
Colors: Black, Gray, Red and Blue. Custom colors available.
Surfaces: Smooth, Raised Disc and Diamond.
  Installation: Repair any major imperfections in the sub-floor. Locate center of the floor and snap chalk lines. Position the first four tiles ant the intersection of the lines and lock tiles together with rubber mallet. Continue outward in concentric squares.  Use a sharp utility knife for trimming as needed. A 3/8" gap around the perimeter should be left to allow for expansion and contraction. Finish with cove base if desired.
Maintenance: Tiles can be cleaned with ammonia and water or other acceptable cleaners such as Assurance Cleanser from Hillyard.
Warranty: Tile Master is warranted against defects in workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
