Except where prohibited by law, the following is made in lieu of all express or implied rights, warranties and conditions, statutory or otherwise. 3M warrants that its 3M™ Nomad™ Scraper Matting 6050 will be free from defects in material and manufacture, and will give satisfactory performance for applications recommended in 3M's literature for one (1) year from date of purchase from 3M's authorized distributor. 3M's only obligation shall be to repair or replace, at 3M's option, such quantity of the matting proved to be defective. 3M shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential arising out of the use of the matting. User is otherwise responsible for determining whether the product is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user's application. This warranty will not apply to damage incurred as a result of abuse or misuse (e.g., burns, cuts or tears) or because of failure to properly install, clean or maintain the product.
