When You Need Tough Flooring, You Need "Tuff-Block" Interlocking Rubber Flooring

Maintaining a safe and noise-reduction floor in heavily-used and abused areas as weight rooms, locker rooms, golf ranges, ice arenas, training rooms, fitness centers and the like is no long a problem thanks to Tuff-Block Interlocking Rubber Flooring. Tuff-Block is an advanced state-of-the-art system that fits and locks together like one solid seemingly seamless unit. It is available in four formulations:

Tuf-Block Interlocking Rubber Tile

System 34 Black based on a 3'x4' Center Tile in solid Black, and comes in 3/4", 1/2" or 3/8" thick with Beveled or Square Cut Border and Corner tiles.
System 44 Black based on a 4'x4' Center Tile in Black in both 1/2" and 3/8" with Beveled Borders and Corner Tiles.
System 44 Color based on a 4'x4' Center Tile with specs of color in 3/8" thick only and matching Beveled Borders and Corner Tiles. RED, GREEN, BLUE or WHITE.

On orders of less than $650.00 a service charge of $35.00 will be applied.

It is molded into 60 durometer sheets from 100% recycled tire material with no added fillers and with all objectionable material, such as wire and fiber, completely removed. It is precision cut with computer-controlled water jets that completely eliminated gaps between mats. each system is made up of four pieces: a center block, a corner block and two border blocks. All blocks fit precisely together, stay square and will not run off line. Each block holds its shape and will not spread or creep, ensuring that the flooring will not curl or separate. If a piece is ever damaged, only that piece will have to be replaced, rather than the entire floor as is found in other interlocking floors.

Tuf-Block Interlocking Rubber Tile

Bevel-edge border pieces are available for doorways or for partial floor coverage. Installation is accomplished in most situations with a razor knife and a straight edge. For complete floor coverage, order one additional inch of flooring for each seam. Tuff-Block flooring is virtually maintenance-free since the material is absolutely non-absorbent and will not harbor or promote bacterial growth.

The low diamond surface pattern is easier to clean than deeper more complex patterns. Clean-up is simple with a mop and soap water. Thickness: 3/8", 1/2", 3/4". Solid Color: black available in all thicknesses. Speckled Colors: Green, Red, Blue or White available in either 3/8" or 1/2" thickness only.
